For this part of the competition Android OS has to win. IOS just doesn't beat the customization. Although IOS' settings are easy and simple to use it doesn't mean it has a wide range of customization.

PERFORMANCE
The best way to check performance is to play a game on the device with the maximum amount of pixels the device can take to challenge the devices CPU possessor.

Androids 4.4.0 performance is really good in general but we have to test this with a specific smart phone. The best android device has to be the Samsung Galaxy S4 which will be battling against the Iphone 5S.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 (representing android) has a good 32 bit processor and has a very good performance rate but... the Iphone 5S has a secret weapon.

Playing games with good graphics like infinity blade 3 is really smooth and the Iphone 5S takes it easy and is so over powered that there isn't a single game that challenges it.

This is really close in performance but the Iphone 5S' 62 bit processor makes the win for IOS even though all android devices are high in performance with the 32 bit processor the Iphone 5S is faster and smoother with no lags at all.

THE WINNER
Android 4.4.0's OS and IOS 7 are both great operating systems but over all the ANDROID is the winner having reasonable performance great settings & customization and the awesome interface & design. IOS just lost by a millimeter.
